Paul B: Picks after second round would be forfeited with no reply within time frame. Of course teams may stop at any point and hopefully would give the courtesy of saying they are done so as not to waist everyone's time. Maximum of 4 rounds. Jul 24, 2014 11:16:52 GMT -6

Paul B: All rookies, drafted players are eligible as well as any free agents. Since yahoo will not be up and running for a while managers would have to check last years rosters and dleague roster for who is available. I will oversee this so noone loses players. Jul 24, 2014 11:20:41 GMT -6
